Terms of Service

Speddle provides software that connects to Instagram Business or Creator accounts so you can automatically send private replies when people comment with keywords you choose, and optionally save those people as leads.

The product depends on Meta / Instagram APIs. Features may change, break, or be limited when those APIs or policies change. We do not guarantee any particular reply volume, lead volume, or Instagram reach.

• You must be able to form a contract and must not use Speddle if you are under 13, or under the digital-consent age in your country.
• You must connect a Professional Instagram account (Business or Creator), not a personal profile.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping login credentials confidential.
• Workspace owners are responsible for their members’ use of Speddle.

You must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms, and Community Standards. You may only message people in ways Meta allows (including private replies to comments that qualify). You must not use Speddle to spam, scrape, impersonate others, or evade Meta rate limits or blocks.

If Meta revokes your access, limits messaging, or requires App Review changes, that is outside Speddle’s control. Disconnecting Speddle in our Settings or in Instagram’s app settings stops our API access.

You own the message templates, keywords, and other content you put into Speddle. You grant us a limited license to store and use that content only to operate the service (for example, to send the reply you configured).

You are responsible for the messages Speddle sends on your behalf. Do not send illegal, deceptive, or harmful content, and do not collect or use commenters’ data in ways that violate privacy law.

When lead capture is on, we store Instagram usernames and comment activity of people who interact with your content so you can follow up. You are the business using that information. You must have a lawful basis to use it (for example, responding to someone who asked for a link on your post) and you must honor deletion requests from those people.

You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or bypass authentication.
• Resell Speddle as a white-label product without our written permission.
• Use the product for anything illegal, including fraud or unsolicited bulk messaging that Meta prohibits.
• Upload malware or attempt to access another customer’s workspace.

Speddle offers a Free forever plan, a monthly Creator plan billed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR), and a quoted Business plan in INR. New users get Creator free for 3 months. Prices and limits are on the Pricing page. Paid features are charged as described at checkout or in a written quote. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We aim to keep Speddle available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance, abuse, legal risk, or Meta platform issues.

SPEDDLE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INSTAGRAM DOWNTIME, LOST LEADS, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ₹0 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN.

You may stop using Speddle and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta policies, or the law. After termination we delete or anonymize personal and platform data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, disconnect Instagram and stop using the service.
