Refund Policy

All published prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). We are launching in India first.

Free forever is ₹0 INR, with published limits. New users get Creator free for 3 months; after that Creator is billed monthly in INR. Business is quoted and invoiced in INR as agreed in writing.

Unless a checkout page says otherwise, prepaid subscription fees are refundable as follows:

• Request a refund within 14 days of the initial paid charge if you have not substantially used the paid features (for example, you have not sent a large volume of automated replies under that paid term).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• If a refund is approved, access to paid features ends when the refund is processed.
• Renewal charges: cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next term. We do not prorate unused days on a term after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

• Time or results on the free plan — there is no payment to refund.
• Instagram, Meta, or other third-party outages, policy blocks, permission denials, or account restrictions. Speddle cannot override Meta’s decisions.
• Leads that did not convert, or automations that did not match the keywords you chose.
• Charges made in error by you after you had access to paid features beyond the refund window.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting us first. Please email us so we can help; unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

• The email on the Speddle account
• Date and amount of the charge
• Why you are requesting a refund

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Privacy questions can go to privacy@speddle.com.

Displayed prices may exclude taxes, which are added where required. Refunds are in the currency charged and may take several days to appear on your statement after we issue them.
