Refund Policy
Our policy on one-time paid access, billing, and limited refund exceptions for Speddle Pro and paid plans.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid plan purchases made through Speddle ("Service"), operated by Speddle.
Speddle is a digital software service. By purchasing paid access, you acknowledge that access begins immediately upon payment and that refund eligibility is limited as described below.
2. General policy — all sales final
Except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy, all fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused audits, downgrades, or failure to use the Service after purchase.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
3. Paid access
Pro is sold as a one-time monthly pass. It does not renew automatically.
When the paid period ends, Pro access expires unless you choose to pay again for another month.
You retain access until the end of the paid period unless we terminate access for breach of our Terms.
4. Limited exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by a verified billing error on our side.
- Extended Service outage that materially prevented use of paid features for a sustained period.
- Legal requirements in your jurisdiction that mandate a refund right for digital services.
5. Non-refundable situations
Audit results are informational and provided "as is." Outcomes on your website, SEO rankings, conversions, or revenue are not grounds for refund.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with audit scores, AI recommendations, or report content.
- URLs you submitted without proper authorization.
- Account termination or suspension for violation of our Terms.
- Free plan usage or promotional credits.
- Third-party payment processor fees.
6. How to request a review
Email [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the charge with your account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request.
We will review requests in good faith but retain full discretion over approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
7. EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase (including running audits or accessing Pro features), you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be lost once the Service has been fully performed, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies unless law requires otherwise.
